Sacred Contract
The Sacred Contract begins with a 90 minute 1-to-1 meeting in which I will communicate with your Spirit Guides to gain clarity about your business, your path, and your soul’s purpose.
This is a three-way conversation between myself, you, and your Spirit Guides to uncover the necessary steps or changes needed to reach your full potential and allow abundance to flow into your life.
The sacred advice and encouragement received from your Spirit Guides acts as the basis of a detailed business plan we create together. This business plan, or Sacred Contract will have clear direction and explicit goals set out for the next 12 months and beyond for your business.

1-to-1
The Premium Sacred Contract (1-to-1) is a highly personalised and bespoke programme, completely tailored to suit your specific needs. Over 12 months, you’ll receive focused spiritual coaching, personal growth and business coaching, transformation, mentoring and guidance as you explore the advice shared by your Spirit Guides.
The first five weeks is focused on removing your fears, triggers and money blocks. Part of this is a series of healings which can include past life regressions, ancestral clearing, removing money blocks, clearing fears from the body and aura, removing the negative self talk, clearing old money values, removing trigger words and the emotions attached with them, extend boundaries around your body to do with triggers and remove low self worth issues.
The second five weeks involves looking at your mindset and level of abundance already in your life. Part of this is a series of visualisations, mirror work, writing an intention statement for your business, identify your values and strengths, how much abundance you have in your life, how to have a balanced life, meditation and breathing techniques, journaling, what brings you happiness, joy, what is your passion and daily visualization of the future you want.
The last ten weeks looks at your business in more detail. We start by viewing your business plan and what service you would like to offer first, then plan out all the small steps to make it achievable. We discuss a tiered level of programs and what that would look like for you personally. Together we create a marketing strategy with different social media.
